System Architecture

The Fully Automatic Vehicle Tracking System uses telephone lines as the primary form to access the system, both voice lines and data lines.  
The CT Application that performs the IVR function is scalable in multiples of 4 lines and up to 48 (2xT1) or 60 lines (2xE1) per computer in the network. 
The Digital Communication Application in charge to contact the mobile units is scalable in 16 ports per computer. Each port may be assigned to the same or different Communications protocol.  
The following explains how we obtain the highest efficiency, versatility and security in the handle of big amount of users in the system.


EagleEye Central Station IVR Functions

Customers may access the system from any telephone or cellular phone. The computer using speech synthesizer in 8 possible different languages will help the customer using a detailed menu guiding the customer through the different options.
